Fire Risk Assessment Common Areas

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 for England and Wales includes common parts of houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) and common parts of blocks of flats and maisonettes. Under the Order, people responsible for these buildings, i.e. owner, landlord or housing provider are required to carry out a fire risk assessment covering all the common areas (i.e. areas shared by residents) of the premises, e.g. entrances, hallways, fire escapes and staircases.

Fire Safety First are experts in this field and offer a comprehensive and quality fire risk assessment service throughout the UK for landlords and housing providers. We will identify what fire safety measures are required, the correct evacuation policy for each of your buildings and help you effectively manage fire safety for your housing stock. We save our clients money by identifying unnecessary fire provisions.
